They handled everything professionally and not once did we feel uncomfortable with any aspect of their work, from marketing, negotiating the best price for our property to settling. Then when we asked for appraisal they worked in with our schedule and gave pointers on making property more desirable to buyers before we signed anything. They then left us with a fact sheet with costs all broken down so we knew what we were getting into. We got another couple appraisals, one was very pushy and the other just never showed up. I would not hesitate to use Michael and his awesome team if we were to buy or sell again
