Emily was absolutely fantastic to work with during the recent sale of our property. She was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Emily’s communication is prompt and thorough. We are very pleased with the outcome! I couldn’t recommend Emily enough to anyone who is looking at selling or buying.

Could not ask for more attention to detail and support in the process, outstanding!

Ross showed very good Market Knowledge of knowing the right price for our house in the area. Ross has good Communication skills always informing us of new buyers & their appointments & outcomes. Ross showed professionalism @ all times.

Garry was very professional but very lovely to deal with. His knowledge of the market is exceptional, he’s always available for any advice. Garry without doubt made the very successful sale of our home a smooth and stress free experience. We are thrilled with how it all went and very grateful to Garry. We would have no hesitation at all recommending him to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Any time I called I was always answered and if he didn’t know definitely he would chase things up and get back to me by close of business day. Nothing is too much for Gary he will go above and beyond to ensure both parties are agreeable and satisfied

We had a fantastic experience with Garry from start to finish. Purchasing rural acreage is a very different process to a typical residential sale, and Garry guided us through every step with patience and genuine local knowledge. He showed us several properties before we found the right one, never once making us feel rushed. What really set Garry apart was the network he brought with him - he introduced us to local conveyancers, surveyors, and rural contractors who all made the process far smoother than we could have managed on our own. But the thing that stuck with us most was that the relationship didn't end at settlement. Garry has continued to stay in touch and offer help well after the sale - that's rare, and it means a lot. Highly recommend Garry and the team at Musgrove Realty to anyone looking at rural or lifestyle properties in the area.
