Stuart took us through the positives and negatives of the market, very knowledgeable with how to advertise our property and could relate to our requirements. Three weeks later, we had a sale! With the current market we were surprised we had a sale so quick. Stuart assisted us through the sale negotiations and always placed our interests first. Stuart is a person who we could relate with and that was important to us.

In our dealings with Stuart he was open, honest & very timely with queries, appointments etc.

After recently buying through Petrusma we decided to give them the opportunity to sell our investment property. Stuart and his team were great to work with, continually keeping us informed and was of great assistance in selling our property in a weakening market. We can highly recommended Stuart and Petrusma!

working with Deb was a very good experience. She was good with follow up and very helpful regarding local knowledge. When it came to the negotiation she handled that very professionally and we got a good outcome. I would recommend Deb to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Deb guided us through every aspect of our Cremorne waterfront house sale with absolute professionism following our initial enquiry in July 2024. She offered extensive pre-planning and listing and media promotion stages and then onto individual and open house phases. She is a great natural communicator, always ready to help at any time, and always considerate of her client's needs and wishes. always giving immediate, genuine feedback. She is such a kind, positive, practical, timely and understanding person. After a successful sale I realised how important and helpful her knowledge of the whole process had been in guiding us through the legal and accountancy fields. Thank you,Deb, and thank you Falls for all of your skills.

This was the only time we had sold a property in 30 years. Deb's interpersonal skills are excellent, always seeking to understand which gave us confidence in her ability. When we first met, while deciding on an agent to sell our property, Deb struck us with her warmth, keen desire to understand our needs and when necessary, respectfully challenging us on our thinking and expectations. In reality, she saw our property's virtues and guided the photographer's and videographer's focus, highlighting our strengths from entrance to water. Throughout this process, she shared her thoughts, sought our feedback and when necessary challenged us. Her selling experience in our area ensured that she knew the history of many properties, their strengths and their deficiencies when compared to our house. She was also able to speak with authority on the current market, be it gaining strength or becoming softer. Deb always made herself available face-to-face, by phone, text, or email. She always appeared calm and relaxed even when asked seemingly trivial questions or concerns. Her weekly reviews were always helpful providing feedback from all open-home visitors as well as interested parties that gained information from realestate.com. She would always speak personally to the data indicating where we were placed in the market. This level of communication was always reassuring and delivered with good humour. We cannot speak more highly of Deb's reassurance and realism when discussing the market as it was. Three and a half weeks later we had sold at a price that was aligned to our expectations.
