I can honestly say Justin went above and beyond for my recent home purchase. Communication was great, explanation of the process was very helpful (especially to a first home buyer) and he always made himself reachable. Justin was enthusiastic about the property. He is warm and friendly and never in a rush. He spread the word about the sale far and wide. There was interest from overseas! He talked about the market timing, places to promote the property and why. Justin was extremely considerate of the tenants. He offered to help get the property ready for viewing and to move furniture. He talked to us about the best way to present the property and why. Because of his hard work there were a number of offers all more than satisfactory.
