He gave us a realistic idea of what price we could achieve for our house and how quickly it would sell, which was especially important because we had a tight clause on the property we had already made an offer on. He always replied promptly, kept me informed at every stage, and as someone who wasn’t very familiar with selling a house, I really appreciated how he went above and beyond to help.
