He achieved a price we thought might be out of range: my unrenovated apartment sold for more than a renovated apartment two floors up with a better aspect!He was positive the whole way through. Nick sold two of our properties in 2025 and did a great job on both. Nick is the hardest working agent I know. The last sale was a slow one for a few reasons but Nick never gave up and finally got us a sale price with which we were happy, notwithstanding it was lower than we wanted (often the case, right).
