It was the first home we bought, where we had lived for 15 years, carefully restored and renovated, and the home we brought our daughter home to. It held very special memories, so we wanted an agent who would understand that and handle the sale with genuine care and respect. Nat and her team did exactly that. From the outset they were supportive, organised, proactive, efficient and genuinely lovely to deal with. Every step felt considered and well managed. What could have been a stressful and emotional process became something we genuinely enjoyed. It felt exciting, positive, calm and well supported from beginning to end. We honestly could not fault the experience, and I cannot think of any feedback on how the process could have been improved.
