We couldn’t be happier with Charles and the NGU Ripley team ! After having our house listed with another agent for two months without receiving a formal offer, Charles secured an offer within just 5 days of listing. His professionalism, communication and ability to get results were outstanding and we never had to chase him for an update. We highly recommend Charles and the NGU Ripley team to anyone looking to sell.

Calm, professional, good judgment and advice, strong local market knowledge, astute, trustworthy, persistent and nice person are all things I'd say about Bryce. We're very happy with the work he did for us in securing a quick sale at a top price in a deflating market. Recommended.

Charles helped sell my home in just a few short weeks! Even during a difficult market, he was able to get me a great price !

In a downward market, Vanya achieved a great outcome and managed our price expectations in line with the market movement. Coupled with James's structures and disciplines, they set clear objectives, standards and ran a process driven marketing campaign that achieved results. Vanya is empathetic and a strong negotiator! She won't bother you with small details but will deliver impact in all communication. We bought off Vanya, Sold via Vanya & wouldn't use anyone but Vanya. Results speak. Go Vanya!

Vanya has helped me to sell two properties in recent years. I contacted Vanya to sell my second property as I was very happy with the experience I had selling the first property. Vanya and her team member James acted very professionally throughout the selling period. They were prompt in their communication and gave me valuable advice throughout the selling period . I wish them all the best.

I have moved house many times and the service provided by Vanya was a pleasant surprise and so appreciated. She supported me throughout the whole selling and buying process sharing her wealth of knowledge of the area and industry in a professional and friendly manner. She touched base regularly for updates and promptly followed up any concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanya to anyone wanting an exceptional and personalised experience.

Taylor and Madison exceeded our expectations of realtors. They were exceptionally organised and readily contactable at all times. We do believe we achieved such a phenomenal result for our house due to their hard work, professionalism and personable approach.

Madison and Taylor were amazing their knowledge of the area was extremely good. They were on time every time. Anytime I needed assistance they were there to help. They have such a wonderful attitude. I am so glad that I chose the girls as my agents. The went above and beyond.

Thank you Gillian and your team for guiding us through the uncharted waters of selling our most treasured possession of thirty three years. Your market knowledge and years of professional experience helped us enormously in understanding the market and the vagaries of the selling protocols. Additionally your attention to details in every respect helped us achieve not only a more than acceptable price for our home but also successfully wrap up the myriad of minor details of disposal of other extraneous items. Prior to us listing the property for sale we interviewed a number of real estate agents in the Karalee area. What appealed to us mostly was your team’s vast experience in this unique and parochial market and your calm and balanced understanding of the whole process which imbued us with confidence that we had made the right decision. Once again, thank you so much. Kind regards Liam and Janet
