We couldn’t be happier with Shanae and the team at Bailey Real Estate! 🏡 Shanae was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, caring and always kept us informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to make buying our new property such a smooth and positive experience. We are so grateful for all her help and couldn’t recommend Shanae and the Bailey Real Estate team highly enough! 🌟

We recently purchased our property at Jerrys Plains through Scott and his team, and dealt primarily with Lachlan throughout the process. Lachlan was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, genuine and extremely easy to deal with. His knowledge of the property and the local area was excellent, and he was always able to answer our questions or find out anything we needed to know. His communication was also outstanding — responses were always incredibly quick, and he kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We really appreciated his straightforward and relaxed approach, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. It was a big decision for our family and the start of an exciting new chapter for us, so we’re very grateful to Lachlan for making the experience such a positive one. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott, Lachlan and the team.

I would highly recommend the Bailey Property & Livestock team. Scott & Lachlan recently sold our property, and we were delighted with the results. Scott is extremely professional and has great knowledge of the market and land values. Lachlan kept us always informed with regular updates. His regular communication made us feel at ease that team Bailey were striving to get us the best possible result.
