John was very charismatic with a genuine interest in people, which ive found rare. My father was the seller and I was just helping. I've often found that people ignore me (or even contemptuous) in this situation, especially as I am usually casually dressed, but Jon was consistently friendly and helpful. While he did a good job it was very refreshing that it wasnt all about the hard sell.

Amy was rather accommodating meeting us after hours to suit our work time schedule. She was efficient and got everything sorted out there and then paperwork was in our inbox within 10 minutes.
