Alex was very professional in his dealings with us. He communicated well and was quick to return any texts, emails or calls we had with him. Alex kept us informed during the process of our purchase.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Alex Payne from LJ Hooker Atherton! Alex was the epitome of professionalism, dedication, and support throughout the process of selling our home. Thanks to Alex's hard work and strategic approach, our home sold incredibly quickly, far exceeding our expectations. He kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. His friendly demeanour and unwavering support gave us peace of mind and confidence, during what could have been an overwhelming time. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients, Alex Payne is the one to call. We couldn't be more grateful for his outstanding service and highly recommend him to anyone in need of real estate assistance. Thank you, Alex, for helping us achieve such a fantastic result!

Alex was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We sold and purchased a property at the same time and it would not have been possible without the support from Alex and the team. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.

Joel was very easy to work with

I never considered another agent. Joel has always been there throughout our ownership of the property to advise on market conditions etc. When the time came to sell the entire process was smooth and transparent from whoa to go. The best agent I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of owning properties.

Ray and his team went above and beyond for service. I can’t fault their service.

Janine was dealing with my son who was my spokesperson...& he lives in Germany! She handled the time difference very well. Good market knowledge and very professional...I felt in safe hands!

Janine goes beyond being a real estate agent. Helpful, willing to go that extra question or that extra possibility to help her clients have a complete understanding of every aspect of the sale. Nothing is too much trouble. Janine always has the clients and/or vendors best interests at heart.

Janine was amazing from start to finish! She made everything so easy and was always there when we needed her. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t recommend her enough!
