Bryce was always just a phone call away. As an interstate buyer, I required professional local knowledge which I received and flexibility with viewing the property, which I also received. In fact I received extremely useful advice which should have been forthcoming from my solicitor. Whilst this advice wasn’t of a legal nature, it gave me an option to take early possession prior to a settlement issue on the seller’s side. I also had contact with his assistant Ursula who also showed a high standard of professionalism in the pre settlement inspection and hand over of the keys.

We were kept informed all the way. The whole sale process was explained fully. Lucinda even had the lawn mown for us, as we live 4 hours away!
