In fact I received extremely useful advice which should have been forthcoming from my solicitor. Whilst this advice wasn’t of a legal nature, it gave me an option to take early possession prior to a settlement issue on the seller’s side. The unit at Bridgewater became a challenge for Aaron because the market started to downturn just as it hit the market. Aaron was always well groomed and looked professional. He organised marketing and advertising efficiently and got the property out in the public sphere quickly. He has approachable and friendly colleagues working alongside him to help organise open homes and viewings.
