Buying a home especially in such an aggressive market can be daunting, but we are really lucky to have found the right home and most importantly through the right agent. From the get-go Michael has been extremely warm and understanding of our requirements. He had all of the knowledge/ details regarding the property, was prompt in communication even though we had quite a few hiccups . He also put forth our considerations & requests to the vendor in the right light and helped us through the buying process. We've had no issues working with him and he is highly recommended. Both for sellers and buyers.

This is our second house sale with Michael. Both times our house sold with only one open home. We find Michael to be professional, honest, transparent and a wealth of knowledge. We believe Michael genuinely cares about the outcome, listens, is respectful to what we want and felt like he loves our house just as much as we do. Teamed with his beautiful wife Nicchia they also ensure potential buyers feel this way as well, not letting anyone be missed or not acknowledged by having both working at the open. Their marketing approach and knowledge of social media is extremely effective ensuring our house was seen by as many potential buyers as possible. Even now we are in the market to buy he still has our best interest at heart helping us with advice and keeping an eye out for our next purchase.
