Any issues that arise are communicated to me promptly, and she organises trades to attend quickly. James has also helped me sell my property. Thanks to his knowledge, skill, and advice, the property sold very quickly and above the asking price. With his strategic guidance, we were able to push the contract to unconditional on time, without accepting the $25,000 reduction requested by the buyer.
