Initially the sale price was placed to high, for the market. After several viewings/ feed back a more realistic sale price was set. Weekly reports of viewings were received and offers, near to asking price were made verbally + in email. With sale finalised, all transfers and documentations were concluded and received quickly.

We listed our investment property with Peter Lawrence and right from the start, he knew about the new sellers disclosure statement and had us contact our solicitor to have this completed before listing the property. In the meantime, he and another ANP team member visited the property and gave us an appraisal and advice on little things we needed to do before listing. Peter arranged for an open house as soon as the property was listed. The open house was a Saturday and was well attended due to Peter's hard work.
