For example my goal was to buy a property to then add a second dwelling at the rear. So not only did she show homes for sale, she also took me through older properties who have done the same so I could see examples of what they did which was a great help. She also personally introduced me to Prefered granny flat builders which was nice. I’d happily recommend her as an agent to work with.
