Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers! I have known Stephan since 2015, when we bought this house we just sold. Shenal is a very skilled real estate agent in the Clayfield/Ascot area and I would highly recommend her. She has really great skills in terms of engaging and establishing vendor priorities, and was extremely prompt and proactive with the listing of our 2br unit in Clayfield. I feel that she achieved an excellent result in the sale of our property. I found her to be very personable as well as detail oriented and focused. We interviewed two other agents before choosing Shenal, and I felt very confident going forward with our managing our sale. There are subtle differences in approach between agents and I really feel that Shenal is top of the game in terms of setting a realistic price guide, managing an auction and multiple interested buyers, and ultimately getting a result that both vendor and buyer are happy with.
