Amy was very efficient in her organisation, punctual, knowlegable and explored a number of opportunities for the best outcome. Whilst the market weakened, & it took longer than everyone expected it would to find a buyer, & the final price was substantially less, Amy made sure that open house was held nearly every weekend. However, we would have liked to have the changed the marketing over the nine months, for example, to vary the wording, even a new, different photo, and target. Gauging the negotiation over offers from interested buyers is difficult to know. Overall, we were very pleased to have Amy as our agent, and we thank her.
