Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable in terms of the area, pricing, and marketing (brilliant photography) but their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough. 6 days was all it took for Nick and his team to secure us a buyer, get us a price that exceeded our expectation and get contracts exchanged. Before the property hit the market Nick helped us with advice on how to best present the property through styling, repairs needed and other tips we would not have thought of without him. Nick was always available when we needed him and prompt with email and phone call replies. We would happily use Nick again.
