And a lot of emotional attachment - we wanted to create a beautiful and functional renovation for the buyers in honour of our stepdad. From the beginning, Suzanne listened. She came alongside us, heard what we wanted, and steered us well. She caught our vision. And she advised us on what was and wasn't worth spending money on in the house. Her knowledge of the area and market was extensive - she had sold the house next door three times! And she offered honest advice on how to get the most out of the sale (make sure you stage the house) - but also on what was reasonable to expect once the offers came in. She also got the most out of our advertising costs and recommended excellent stylists. Her communication throughout was exceptional. She gave us regular updates and was always across where everything stood. In fact, we often heard from Suzanne before our solicitor, no matter the time of day or whether it was the weekend.
