We had met Paul 12-months prior at another open home and he made such an impression, that we remembered him by his kindness when he just happened to be showing the home we wanted to buy. Jamie is a highly effective and timely communicator, dealing respectfully and effectively with my very elderly father as vendor, as well as with my brother and me, and with prospective buyers. He displayed strong local market knowledge, very effective negotiation skills, and was highly professional throughout the process. He kept us right up to date throughout the campaign.
