Katie was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Selling interstate added an extra layer of complexity, but her professionalism, great local knowledge, and continual updates throughout the process made it so much easier. I never had to chase her up once for an update. We had a couple of bumps with buyers along the way (as you do) but Katie handled everything with confidence and got the deal done for a great price! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Corey, Steph, Tahlia and team were all terrific to work with from initial discussions to open home preparation to buyer negotiations and wrapping up the process. They were all great communicators, extremely helpful and happy to answer all questions, and were a joy to work with. Lana presented us with an effective sales strategy, which was very reasonable. We signed on and she brought a prospective buyer through the next day and the sale was done. She identified we were motivated buyers and sellers and the sale was secured that night (9pm). This showed a commitment we weren’t expecting. Finalising the sale has been a breeze and Lana/Kurt have responded promptly to our needs and they have gone above and beyond helping us remove items from site after we exited the property. I am happy to recommend the Southeby’s team to any prospective sellers and buyers.

They were pro active in suggesting different ways to get a great sale and we found the whole process to be faultless. As we were away during the process we were kept up to date with all proceedings. Able to secure a quick sale from their data base. Minor issues raised in building inspection were an easy fix with suggested tradesmen that were reasonably priced. All in all extremely blessed to sell with these two. Thank you
