Angela provided us with service above and beyond. We live interstate and rely heavily on Angela’s experience and expertise to buy our dream home. Angela visited Pallara and went to the display homes, taking numerous photos and videos to keep us involved. She dealt with the vendor and negotiated on our behalf. Angela followed through with all aspects of our purchase and we are looking forward to moving into our dream home soon! I would recommend Angela if you’re looking for an honest and professional agent!

Angela is very diligent and goes beyond her duty to sell our property. She explained carefully the current market comparisons and gave us good advice. She even worked on public holiday or Sundays if there was a Buyer who could not attend another time. No interested party will missed out. Her attention to detail and advice on display for open for inspection was very helpful. There were few problems with the property being an old Queenslander. She remained in control and helped solve the problems with builder and Engineers at Buyer’s expense. She did not give up and got us the best possible price and we are very grateful. It was way above the bank valuation. Best of all, the Buyers were very happy too.

We found this little property by total accident….it’s a renovators delight… Angela was so helpful from start to finish…

Kirsten is an excellent agent, great communication and personalised service. 100% recommend her and LJ Hooker Gatton

My experience with Kirsten was delightful. Always pleasant greets you with a smile and very approachable. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy Kirsten and her team are very helpful, polite and very welcoming doesn’t matter if you’re local or new to the town you couldn’t find a more friendly group of people.

We recently bought a rural acreage property and Kirsten made the whole process smooth and straightforward. She was friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable about the area, and always happy to answer questions. Kirsten was also extremely accommodating and went out of her way to help with communication between us and the sellers.

My property had been for sale via another agency for 3 months with only lowball offers. I therefore researched which agents had the most sales in the area and Laney’s name came up. I approached her and was very impressed with her ideas and thoughts on why the property had not sold. She promised me a quick sale and I let her run with it. She organised new photos and a new advert. True to her promise she secured a firm buyer very quickly and I was quite happy with the price the property fetched. Not only is Laney very knowledgeable with the area but she is very good at what she does, she is honest, polite, a hard worker and a good communicator. I cannot recommend Laney highly enough to anyone who wants a quick sale at a good price. Thanks for the great effort Laney. I am very much appreciative.

Laney was so helpful from the start to the end of our buying process. We bought our first home with Laney and she walked us through every step, from pest reports to finance to settlement. She made every step easy and was accessible whenever we needed her. Would absolutely purchase/sell through her and the NGU yeah again. Thank you Laney, you made our home buying dreams come true ❤️

Laney was exceptional from start to finish, guiding us through the sale of our rental and the purchase of our new home with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and endlessly patient—even with all our silly questions. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful to have had her by our side and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
