Market knowledge and a good understanding of what we were expecting

Mark displayed a sound knowledge of the local market and was very thorough with his research. He was an excellent communicator and his attention to detail was second to none. His professionalism and approachability made it a pleasure to deal with him.

Mark was great to work with, he made the process of selling our property and purchasing our new one at the same time a smooth process, and was able to organise the move a week early which made the experience great!

From preparing for sale all the way through to settlement, Gill did an amazing job at keeping us informed and advised on our property. She not only gave us expert advice with lots of options but was extremely knowledgeable on ways we could value add upon sale. Her calm and approachable personality coupled with her professionalism gave us a hassle free experience and left us very impressed throughout the whole sale process.

Gill was responsive to my messages and calls. She understood my sale expectations in terms of price and process.

Gill was excellent to deal with throughout the process Our circumstances were not straight forward and it took a bit of time to get the deal done on our behalf, but Gill was very open with communication between us and the vendor which made it alot easier due to the circumstances. Gill went out of her way to open up the property when it suited us and also once the sale was completed even dropped the keys off after hours as we couldn't make it to the office due to work commitments. I would openly suggest Gill as an agent to anyone that was looking to sell their home.
