Gill was excellent to deal with throughout the process Our circumstances were not straight forward and it took a bit of time to get the deal done on our behalf, but Gill was very open with communication between us and the vendor which made it alot easier due to the circumstances. Gill went out of her way to open up the property when it suited us and also once the sale was completed even dropped the keys off after hours as we couldn't make it to the office due to work commitments.
