A friend who was renting a property managed by Rabie's company recommended Rabie when we were looking to move overseas and lease our place. We immediately got a good sense that he knew what he was doing, his fees were great, and so we signed up. Being overseas, there was always the thought at the back of our minds that the house needed looking after, but Rabie and the iGroup team were on top of everything and communication was always clear and to the point. We only had 2 tenants in 7 years and I believe this is predominantly a case of the property being managed well by iGroup. Rent payments were always on time, and bills were paid from rental payments. If our payments exceeded the rent payments for any reason, they were consolidated into the next month with no questions asked - it was very trusting and approached with common sense and I can't explain how much that was appreciated. When it was time to sell the property, Rabie's knowledge of the process put as at ease and we were able to complete the process from overseas - not to mention getting a great price for the property which was due to the work he put in to gauge a true market value. I think we were extremely lucky to find a team as helpful as Rabie and iGroup and we will be forever thankful for the help they gave us during the major changes in our personal lives - I doubt we would have found better anywhere else.
