I’ve met a LOT of real estate agents, and Amelia is honestly one-of-a-kind. I first met her at an inspection for a house I wasn’t interested in. Before I left, she showed me another property online that hadn’t been fully marketed yet, and which she thought would suit me. I’d actually seen it online before and had dismissed it, and didn’t really want to inspect it (inspection fatigue!), but Amelia encouraged me to go anyway.
