2 real estate agents in Lillimur, VIC, 3420

Brad has made purchasing our home very smooth and easy, any questions we had he answered as soon as possible, We were tennants in the house we bought so a for sale sign was not put up, however we wanted the photo opportunity of putting the sold sticker on the sign and he has made that happen for us. Would absolutely use Brad again for any real estate needs, he is very knowledgeable and has many contacts to assist with conveyancing, etc

I had a very positive experience working with Brad during the sale of my home. He was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Brad kept me informed, answered my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated his support, patience and professionalism from start to finish. I would happily recommend Brad to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you, Brad, for all your help with the sale of my home.

Pyjamas, slippers, maybe a half-eaten biscuit nearby… and yet, at 9:00 AM your house is listed, and by 3:00 PM, contract signed, above listed price. No sweat, no jazz hands, no “trust me, I’m a closer” routine. It’s like watching a magic trick where the magician never bothers to show you his hands because he’s too busy making a sandwich. He’s the superhero version of all those clichés, the hustle of a shark, the gift of the gab, the smooth operator, but in practice, he’s just “yeah, sorted it” It’s infuriatingly charming, and somehow it works every time.
