Mark's initial meeting with us was friendly and open, when we discussed our initial asking price, he did not refute it, but encouraged us to ask what we wanted. That ended up being a mistake and when he gave us knowledge of the prices in the area a couple of months later, we dropped the price and then got more enquiries. As we were quite keen to sell, we agreed to an auction, this was attended by nobody due to Covid restrictions, so advertising and organised for nothing. We were not offered another day when restrictions were lifted and then had to drop the price again. Taleah and Vanessa came every weekend for open houses and were encouraging us all along, but very frustrated with our selling price in the end

Liam was so friendly and eager right from the beginning, and his communication throughout the whole process was amazing. We always knew what was happening and felt completely supported along the way. It honestly felt like he cared about the sale as much as we did and was always working towards the best possible result for us. Liam was also really open and honest with us as the market changed throughout the process. He was always upfront about what was happening, talked us through what he thought our best options were and gave us the information we needed to make decisions, while still completely supporting whatever we chose to do. We’re so appreciative of everything Liam did for us and how hard he worked from beginning to end. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home.
