Wasn’t a lot to this one, I went in a little over the asking price and had the cash available. A little bit of too and fro but settled the final price quickly, all done in a few days. I certainly wasn’t pushed for a higher price which was greatly appreciated, all done in a friendly business like manner. The owner got a little more and I thought it was fair and reasonable.

Uri was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were a bit worried being based in Nimbin that he might not be as available as a Lismore based agen might be, especially as were moving interstate prior to the house going on the market, but Uri went above and beyond in making sure cleaners and stagers had access to the house when needed, as well as bringing in potential buyers and negotiating to a sale price we were happy with.
