He gives you the facts, but at the same time respects your wishes and expectations as a Seller. He was diligent in finding a good buyer for my property, and was happy to schedule inspections as and when it worked for me and my family. Whether that meant having back to back inspections on the weekend, or having evening inspections on a weekday. Post inspection, he would update me with exact responses from the potential buyers. He was transparent with the market situation, but very optimistic and ready to go, until I felt, that the offer was upto my expectation. His services didn't stop just then, he was diligent in updating me regarding the process moving forward all the way till the contract was unconditional and to the settlement. I would recommend Perry as a real estate agent and hire him again in future.
