Very helpful with buying and selling

Matt’s knowledge of the market was key to position the home correctly in a price range that achieved the best sales result, not under selling but setting a realistic sales price to reflect the homes value. Matt's positive attitude vibrant personality really sets him apart, listing the property, he looked for and promoted every positive attribute and quality of the home, we couldn't of been in better hands. Not just all Matt though, PRD have a winning way of selling. All aspects of our dealings were very professional and a killer modern advertising package that got the job done, in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier how the house was brought to the market, regular open homes and plenty of personal inspections, to search out every possible lead, only to be matched with follow up reporting of every inspection. Finally Matt's negotiation skills and abillityto bring competition to the market shone through to provide the best result. We thank him and the team at PRD.

He was approachable, responsive, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I really appreciated his commitment, customer service, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Suraj to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.
