2 real estate agents in Lower Wattle Grove, TAS, 7109

Nyal was easy to work with and gave us the information we were chasing quickly. He was flexible and positive in all our dealings, helping us to be able to make an informed decision. We’re happy with the outcome.

After researching feedback from other vendor’s direct experience, we selected 3 agents to consider in depth. Nyal put in the most time and effort to understand the property, and was the only one that talked us through potential marketing strategies. We agreed a flexible sales and marketing strategy that was very specific to our unique property. We felt our buyer would likely be from interstate and we needed to address that market (it sold to a mainland buyer). The videographer/photographer Nyal brought to the process was also excellent. Nyal is a proactive communicator, and a likeable fellow. The value Nyal achieved was >15% above ‘the most you could achieve’ statements by the other two agents. We have no hesitation in recommending Nyal.

We found Nyal to be a warm and friendly. Nyal offered very sound advice on how to present our property in the best possible way to attract a broad range of potential buyers. The results spoke for them selves. We had a great cash offer within 2 weeks of hitting the market. We couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Nyal to anyone who is thinking of selling in the Huon area.

Nikita was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and did everything she could to assist me with my purchase.

The market knowledge was outstanding, providing accurate advice on pricing and positioning my property to attract strong interest. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism shone through. They were approachable, organised, and genuinely committed to achieving the best result for us. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we would absolutely work with them again in the future. They were incredibly supportive every step of the way.

Nic and Nikita kept us informed at all times when the sale was developing. They were very approachable and made us feel confident right through the procedure. We would not hesitate to recommend Nics team to any of our friends or those that may enquire.
