Nyal was excellent throughout our purchase. He was professional, approachable and very easy to deal with at every stage of the process. Communication was prompt and clear, and he was always responsive when we had questions or needed information. He had a strong understanding of the property and the local market, and he handled the transaction in a calm and straightforward way. We particularly appreciated that he was helpful without being pushy, and that he kept things moving smoothly from initial inspections through to contract and settlement. Overall, Nyal made what can often be a stressful process feel well managed and uncomplicated. We would happily recommend him to others.

Negotiations with the seller was straightforward forward and to the point with no hidden agendas at any stage.

Nyal was great to deal with when buying our property. He was friendly, informative and organised. He also reduced part of his commission to get the sale over the line with the vendors for us. Much appreciated Nyal! We had a great experience, thanks again.
