I occasionally sought advice from Sharon, and I trusted the opinions she shared. The price we ended up achieving was very satisfying. I really have nothing negative to say. Overall, I found selling with Sharon and the team was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
