We knew Paul a bit personally before we ever got to a professional relationship. we have bought and sold property before, but not for many years so I was pretty much starting from scratch. Paul guided us through the process, was available as needed and always finished with "is there anything else I can do for you". He helped with getting a skip and provisioning labour to load it, finding cleaners, gardeners and handymen to get things ship shape, and we never felt either pressed or abandoned at any point. Paul was realistic in his assessment of our property with reasons and explained what sort of price to expect and why. Despite the soft market he managed to under promise and over deliver, and that in a very efficient time frame, Realistically I cannot see how the outcome of our sale could have been better.

Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with.
