Kim McQueen and her team have been supportive and lovely to deal with throughout. Although we disagreed on the asking price, she supported our wishes and managed to find the perfect buyer. Once the purchasers were showing interest, Kim worked tirelessly to get the sale to the finish line. The current market in our area was extremely depressed, with most houses over a certain price languishing for not just months but a year or so. Kim’s humour and team effort achieved what we wanted all but $25k. Her negotiation skills are second to none. We would list with Team McQueen again, with no hesitation whatsoever.
