This was a dearly loved house which was being sold because of my advancing years and my long distance from family. The whole sale was handled without any pressure being used to accept any offers or to make any concessions with which I was uncomfortable . Bill and his office staff, apart from being experienced professionals, were always friendly , polite and helpful and prepared to go that extra mile to make the selling experience less traumatic for an old lady.
Bill and his team are absolutely fantastic. Appraisal was spot on. (Other agents well below the selling price). Our home was large and had a niche market, and we were expecting a long campaign. But with Bill’s effort we sold very quickly. His communication with the buyer and us as the sale was negotiated was outstanding.
