Kevin has just sold our fourth property for our family!!! What started out as complete chaos, with a purchaser mucking us all around. Kevin buckled down (never giving up) and found us a new buyer. Everything has just gone so smoothly with this buyer. Kevin is top notch in his communication. Always keeping us informed. Never promising anything he cannot deliver. Honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favour, and get Kevin Spaulding from PRD to sell your property. You won’t be disappointed!!

Tony was most helpful during the entire process, great communication the whole way through. he was very patient with us during the process as were having a baby at the time which slowed things up on our end. i would highly recommend Tony, and would not hesitate to contact him again in the future!

Leanne made it very easy for us during the whole process. She was open and honest, and we felt that we could progress at our own pace. As a local, she a great knowledge of the area and the community, it's history and helped us understand the unique nature of the place we were looking at.
