Hi, I would like to pass that the service from Xander Evans start to finish for the purchase and settlement of our new property was flawless. We found Xander very accomodating of our requests and quick to respond. We highly recommend Xander for his professional and relaxed manner and would look forward to again working with him.

Xander had excellent communication and kept us in the loop the whole time. It was our first time buying property and Xander was patient with all our questions and was very kind and thoughtful of our situation. We were looking for property for a while and had a poor experience with previous agents. Xander made us feel like we weren't just strangers he was selling a property to. I highly recommend Xander whether you are buying, selling, or even just considering your options 🙂

Zander persisted until he was able to get the best price for us. He has a very sound knowledge of marketing.

We have recently purchased a property through Tegan and were so impressed with her knowledge and years of experience that we entrusted her with the recent sale of our house. She has shown to have excellent communication and negotiating skills and we would highly recommend her as she made the process of buying and selling effortless.

From the moment we met Tegan at the open home, we felt comfortable in her hands. She gave honest answers to questions and wasn’t afraid to admit if she wasn’t sure of something. In this case, Tegan went above and beyond, to provide us with timely, in-depth answers, ensuring we were well informed about the property we were purchasing. Throughout the entire process, Tegan maintained a high level of professionalism and her excellent communication skills ensured we were always kept up to date. Tegan genuinely cares about both seller and purchaser and does her absolute best to ensure best outcomes for all. Highly, highly recommended!

Very professional team. Kept me informed all along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to sell through Tegan again
