The staging organised by Alli was absolutely stunning, just amazing what they were able to achieve in a small unit, and it truly made the unit feel so homely and liveable. As Alli explained to me, potential buyers would be able to visualise where all their furniture would go. The For Sale sign was beautifully done, and looked so professional compared to the standard signs that most other agents use. Then the results were incredible! The interest in the unit was fantastic and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Alli really cares about her clients, and has a way of delivering for them, while at the same time making the buyer feel excited and happy as well. In my case, both parties were extremely happy. We have gone with this agent twice now and she has got us well above what we asked for both times, also she also organised quotes and assisted with letting trades people in, as we live interstate. These trades people carried out repairs in our investment at as great price, quickly and dramatically increased both interest in the property and the price that we we sold. Also her commission is much less than any other agent I could find.
