We have gone with this agent twice now and she has got us well above what we asked for both times, also she also organised quotes and assisted with letting trades people in, as we live interstate. These trades people carried out repairs in our investment at as great price, quickly and dramatically increased both interest in the property and the price that we we sold. Also her commission is much less than any other agent I could find.
