We selected Damien Steele to market and broker the sale of our house at Marcus Beach over other local agents as we felt very comfortable with his integrity and demeanour. He cared for our position and respected that we would not be prepared to participate in a marketing campaign that quickly broke down our initial reasonable ideals to a sub-market sale price or failed auction. Damien advised us that all marketing choices we selected would be charged at cost, and not at packaged prices. Our campaign was complicated by the death of a family member requiring the campaign be suspended to satisfy legal requirements - this was easily accommodated, and his caring was appreciated. Our campaign offered weekly open house inspections plus private inspections at any time. As Damien is a sole representative of his business, he made it his business to understand our house and property, and our desires perfectly. Every inspection of the property was conducted by Damien himself, a true seasoned professional, never an 'office boy underling' or sales office junior - he doesn't have any. At the conclusion of every inspection, Damien contacted us personally to advise how the inspection had gone and the opinions of the potential buyers. His communication skills are great. His experience and integrity are hallmarks of Damien's business capability and acumen. We are absolutely thrilled with Damien's skill at achieving an excellent sale price for our property.
