Chris is the consummate professional, everything you could ask for from a property agent. We achieved the result we wanted (well above guide price). The tenants were very willing to assist with all open inspection by presenting the property in the best light. This was due to the great relationship fostered by Chris with the tenants. This helped us achieve the results we were after. The communication throughout the process was very clear and concise. Chris was always respectful of our time also as everyone is busy, in this day and age. My opinion of property agents to date has been average to poor (due to past experiences) so its was refreshing to know there are still great agents out there who actually care and it is isn't just about their profits. No doubt i will be using Chris' services in the future.
