As a first home buyer, I went into this pretty overwhelmed, especially after being gazumped on another property. He reassured me from the start that this one was mine and he genuinely kept his word, which meant a lot. He kept me updated the whole way through and was always honest about everything, which made the process feel a lot less stressful. He actually knows his stuff too, not just selling, but giving advice on what would add value to the house, what’s worth spending money on and what’s not. That was really helpful for me. What stood out most was that he didn’t just feel like he was working for the vendor. He was fair, straightforward and it felt like he genuinely cared about both sides having a good outcome, which you don’t come across often. Overall a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend him.

Not having dealt with an agency for many decades I was unsure of the process but I have to say the professionalism displayed was outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending Shanti and her team at Sold Real Estate to anyone who wishes to sell their property.For every seller there must be a buyer and invariably properties are bought and sold because of the individual sales skills of real estate agents.In my particular case that sentiment seems to be a correct assessment.
