Agencies in Mascot, NSW, 2020

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Working with Teng Li and the Obsidian Property team was a fantastic experience. Having dealt with other agents in the past, I can honestly say Teng stands out. While many agents seem focused on simply getting the deal done, Teng genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He takes the time to understand your needs, provides clear and honest advice, and works closely with you every step of the way. What impressed me most was his ability to find solutions. Whenever something seemed difficult or complicated, Teng used his knowledge and experience to simplify the situation and guide us through it with confidence. His expertise in the Macquarie Park area and surrounding suburbs was invaluable. Teng is professional, responsive, positive, and an excellent communicator. He always kept us informed and made the whole process feel far less stressful. What really stood out was how well he supported and guided us during challenging market conditions. He remained calm, proactive, and focused, giving us confidence when it mattered most. More importantly, Teng and his team build genuine relationships with their clients. At no stage did I feel like I was dealing with a stranger. They were approachable, flexible, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Teng and the Obsidian Property team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and client-focused real estate professional. Thank you, Teng and team, for your outstanding support, guidance, and service throughout the journey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
