Experienced professional who knows the South Brisbane Market inside out

I initially purchased my apartment from Ben back in 2009 in the West End Central Apartments building. He was great to deal with as a buyer, and I knew he intimately understood the South Brisbane market and that building in particular, so I didn't hesitate to use him when it came time to sell. He was realistic and gave me sound and timely advice. It sold within a couple of weeks once it went on the open market, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend Ben. You can't do better than someone with as much experience and local knowledge as him.

Kai took care of me when I was buying my first property. He was so prompt and on top of everything for me, despite being the seller’s agent. He ensured I had everything I needed and was informed of everything through the stressful process of purchasing a property. Buying is never completely easy, you have to jump through so many hoops, but Kai was such a pleasure to have as a support.

He's different!

Simply 10/10. Kai is very responsive to my text/emails/phone calls. He is the only one who always calls and reports the progress, no matter how small the task is. The best thing about him is that as a seller, he is doing everything he can to keep the selling price as high as possible, Unlike many other real estate agents I have had in the past they often tried to seal the deal early to make a quick sale for themselves. Overall I am very impressed. He made me feel that I am a valued customer.
