Deanna was friendly and easy to deal with ensuring we were kept informed throughout the process. Her communication with us and the feedback she provided from potential buyers was always very honest and timely. We also were pleased with the negotiations Deanna had with the buyer and all the options she provided us with as there were several interested parties with differing terms and we were guided by her expertise. This is a testament to her hard working nature and knowledge.

Good comms and approach

When the time came to sell my mother's property, Andrew was the very best person I could have had at my side. I felt overwhelmed, but Andrew's guidance, professionalism, and unwavering support gave me confidence. Communication: At every stage, Andrew kept me informed with updates, detailed feedback after open homes, and clear explanations of the next steps. Market Knowledge: Andrew's explanation of how world events, and government policies impact local markets was very interesting. Also his knowledge of what buyers desire in a property. His estimate of the selling price and the strategy to achieve it, I found very helpful. Patient Approach: Andrew showed empathy, kindness, and patience every step of the way. During this difficult season of my life, I deeply appreciated it. I can not speak highly enough of my positive experience with Andrew - Social Real Estate Agency. I can recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced agent who genuinely cares about achieving an excellent outcome for their client.

Sonya was a great agent and advisor, from getting the property ready for sale, through to settlement. I really appreciated Sonya’s honest, positive and easy going approach. Time on the market was just 3 weeks with well presented marketing and timely open houses.
