We sold two properties at the same time with Adam and he made the whole process feel much more manageable. Even during the stressful moments, he stayed calm and positive. Having never sold a house before, we always felt comfortable asking even the silly questions and he was happy to talk things through with us.

Andrew and Sam were always very responsive, available and easy to reach throughout the campaign, and we appreciated the effort they put into ultimately achieving a successful sale result for our property. Both were approachable and proactive with buyer follow-up, and we always felt they were working hard behind the scenes. The main area we would have appreciated more support in was communication clarity throughout the process. At times there was a lot happening across different parties and stages of the campaign, and we occasionally found ourselves needing to follow up for clarification or a clearer understanding of strategy, next steps and settlement-related processes. Overall though, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and persistence in getting the property sold.

Andrew is an ‘always closing’ type of agent. He can come across knowledgeable for the novice property buyer, but surely the overselling noise can be overwhelming when you need your thoughts, your notes, and discuss with your partner matters that you don’t want the agent as a third wheel. That’s how it felt at the open home I attended. Perhaps because we were the only party, he felt the need to address the silence we were in fact hoping for. He knows his stuff, but is not hard skills the sell to me, although it might be hypocritical as I bought the place. What I am saying, I would anyways with any agent for the same price. Houldn’t remember nor pronounce the buyer’s name, didn’t follow up on important questions asked, and played ‘thats not me’ when he had to fetch the keys pre-settlement from the letting agency. As a buyer, I was prepared to pay more so thanks to Andrew, and team, i feel like I got a good deal!

David has once again ensured the sale process was quick, easy and produced the results we were after. Would definitely recommend working with David - he doesn’t disappoint!

David was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. He was professional, transparent and incredibly responsive, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. From inspections through to negotiations and finalising the purchase, David communicated clearly and always made himself available to answer questions. His approach felt genuine and respectful, and I always felt well informed along the way. I’m very grateful for his help in securing my new home and would highly recommend David to anyone buying or selling.

Working with Jeff Pickering was an exceptional experience. His professionalism, calm confidence and deep market knowledge made selling our home feel seamless. Jeff communicated clearly, guided us with honest advice, and brought strong buyer interest through the door. He went above and beyond at every stage, handled every detail with care, and delivered a fantastic result that far exceeded our expectations. We always felt supported and knew we were in expert hands. We highly recommend Jeff - an outstanding agent and an absolute credit to the industry.

Working with Erin Inzitari was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the entire selling process feel seamless and stress-free. Erin brought a clear strategy, strong buyer engagement, and delivered an outstanding result that truly exceeded our expectations. Nothing was ever too much trouble - she was always available, went above and beyond at every stage, and guided us with honesty, confidence, and incredible attention to detail. We felt completely supported throughout the journey and knew our property was in the best possible hands. We couldn’t recommend Erin more highly. A five-star agent in every sense.

We have recently purchased our new home through Von. She is like a breath of fresh air in this industry. She was very warm and straightforward in her communications and as upfront as she could be during negotiations. It's clear that she genuinely enjoys real estate. Her honesty and reliability was refreshing.

All went smooth and expectations were most certainly met. All the dealings with Von and her staff were smooth, polite and respectful. We made the right decision to sell the family home of 72 years with Von at Pinnacle Properties. Cheers Darrell
