Andrew and Sam did an incredible job selling my unit. Right from the beginning til the end they were enthusiastic and excellent communicators about everything. They went out of their way to help me with specifics I wanted with the sale and I was very happy with the final outcome. Andrew is very experienced in unit sales demonstrating a wealth of experience which gave me a lot of confidence in an area that I find very daunting. I would not hesitate to have them on my team again.

Adam made the buying process genuinely stress-free. His communication was prompt and clear at every step of the negotiation and settlement process. The speed at which everything came together was great offer accepted to contracts signed in just three days. We couldn't fault Adam's communication and willingness to go above and beyond.

Rob, Ash and Bella were lovely to deal with. Professional, courteous, punctual and all round, lovely to deal with. We enjoyed a very quick sale, that achieved a result that we were more than happy with. Thank you for all your input, your happy disposition, and a great outcome.

Rob was fantastic to work with! Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. Honest, fair, and always approachable—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Garry and the team were exceptional communicators throughout the process from start to finish. They tailored their service, approach and campaign perfectly for us, our property, the market and what we needed at that time. Getting our property ready for sale meant making some key decisions about how it was presented. The team shared ideas and guidance to help us make those decisions. And I genuinely believe the team was as proud of the property as we were. Their professionalism was second to none and this shone through every step of the way. Deep respect was shown to both us and the potential buyers at all times. The teams deep knowledge and experience in the real estate industry was greatly appreciated. We leant heavily upon that experience when the market shifted during our campaign (due to external factors) and the team helped us pivot quickly to get the best outcome... and get the best outcome we did. We were so happy with the outcome, and it allowed us to move forward with confidence into our next stage / purchase. I cannot recommend Garry Jones Homes highly enough.

We are so grateful that we recently chose Gary Jones Homes when selling our property. Gary Jones’s in-depth understanding of the market and his expertise regarding the local area was evident from our first meeting. He immediately made us feel comfortable and reassured that we would be supported through the whole process of selling our family home. We were impressed with his use of a combination of hands-on strategies and technology to achieve the best marketing outcomes. Gary works with a small, highly effective, dedicated team who are very proactive and happy to assist with any questions or requests. We were guided through every step of the selling process with genuine respect and care. Gary’s attention to detail, his professionalism and his extremely personable communication skills took away much of our anticipated stress and made the selling of our home a very positive experience.

I met Sonya a couple of years ago while looking at properties locally and knew she would be the only person I’d trust to sell my Alderley unit. Her marketing, people skills and organisation are outstanding, and she achieved a fantastic price for my beautiful unit. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything was handled.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sonya during the purchase. She was approachable, responsive and kept communication clear throughout the process. She was always willing to help where needed, which made the experience smooth and straightforward. We’d happily recommend her.

We had a really positive experience dealing with Naomi while purchasing our first home. She was friendly, professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything, which we really appreciated as first home buyers. She was always happy to answer our questions, kept us updated and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. We’re really happy with our new home and grateful for how smoothly everything went. We would happily recommend Naomi to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Kept us informed and updated throughout. Went the extra mile on numerous occasions during the sales process. Very easy to deal with.

Such a pleasure to work with Naomi She is very knowledgeable with the real estate market and so easy to talk to. Her communication between prospective purchasers and myself was second to none one and made the whole selling process so easy. Naomi went above and beyond with her help, her understanding and knowledge of the current market and securing a great price with some lovely purchasers. I could not have asked for a better agant, highly recommend Naomi Carter.
